- Spend more time with family.
- Try to remember couples by name instead of their username/email address.
- Meet at least 2 new swinging couples.
- Attend more lifestyle events to connect with others in the lifestyle.
- Have twice the sex as last year.
- Drink less alcohol and more water.
- Continue to make my wife/husband feel like the most important person in the world.
- Gain more confidence at swinger parties when it comes to asking people to play.
